Climbing Specific Strength Training is geared towards making stronger, more efficient climbers. Using controlled motion and body weight exercises, this class will help you pull through the crux pitch on your next climbing adventure!
Open event: Those new to Phoenix or who have not yet signed the Phoenix Multisport Conduct Policy, but are choosing to live sober are welcome at any open events.
Prior to attending any Phoenix Multisport participants and members are required to have a minimum of 48 hours of sobriety.
