Get your ski/snowboard legs ready with this intense, quad bulging, glute burning, core strengthening class!
The class will focus on muscular strength and endurance, agility, power and core strength.
Open event: Those new to Phoenix or who have not yet signed the Phoenix Multisport Conduct Policy, but are choosing to live sober are welcome at any open events.
Prior to attending any Phoenix Multisport participants and members are required to have a minimum of 48 hours of sobriety.
