Team member only event: Reserved for those who have committed to living sober and have completed the Phoenix Multisport Conduct Policy, Medical Disclosure and Waiver forms.
Prior to attending any Phoenix Multisport participants and members are required to have a minimum of 48 hours of sobriety.
*If it is your 1st time attending a Phoenix event, you must arrive at least 15 minutes early for a brief introduction to Phoenix and to complete necessary paperwork.

FROM BOULDER Take US 36 West the CO-121 exit toward US-287/ BROOMFIELD/ ARVADA. Take a right off of the exit onto Wadsworth Parkway. Take Wadsworth to 38th street and make a right. Take a left at the second light which is Lutheran Parkway. Drive through a few stop signs and up a hill and West Pines will be on your left. There is a sign.
